August 1st | 4 month Update

  Do you remember when I first started?  March 1st 2016


If you look closer at the picture you can tell that I am very dissatisfied. I was bloated all the time, so I removed all dairy products I cut meat out of my diet for 2 months, then added only seafood back for 2 months. I stayed to a routine meal plan, mostly fresh fruit and vegetables only before 1pm. I absolutely love smoothies and I have one every morning.
