I love to start off my day with a cup of tea.
I really love green tea with lemon but often I have a detox tea.The detox tea really relieves pain and makes me feel energized and less bloated. I've noticed that after drinking this tea 3 times a week I don't get as bloated any more.
Detox Tea
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tbsp ginger
1/2 tbsp honey
Boil turmeric with water
